Fixing capitalization in Word for reference initials

When you are typing your reference initials, Word will most likely capitalize it, and we don't want that. Word just assumes it's going to be a new sentence, so it automatically capitalizes it. This is a super easy fix! 

Step 1: Type your reference initials. 















Step 2: After you type your initials, you are going to press Ctrl + Z on your keyboard. 










Final result: Your reference initials are now lowercase.

Having evenly distributed columns in a table will make the appearance of your table look more professional. Making columns even is an easy process. Here is a step-by-step tutorial.  Step 1:  Insert a table in Word. For this tutorial, I am going to have my columns uneven to show the before and after.  Step 2: Select the whole table. You can click the icon that is circled to highlight the whole table.  Step 3: Once the table is selected, right click and a list will pop up. Select Distribute Columns Evenly.  Final Result: It will make your columns even.
